Since 3D boxed set covers have become popular, I was lucky enough to purchase really great templates in order to offer them to clients when needed. Because I use pre-set templates, I can offer these at the same price as adding a print cover onto an eBook—though if I do customize each spine rather than use a single graphic, it will have a slightly higher price.
VERSION ONE: The Simple Boxed Set Display
This boxed set cover has a single graphic over the spines, and the text can read as either title or author names, or both.
STYLES: Spines can face left or right, with the box either straight-edged or notched.
BOOKS: Supports 2-25 titles
Adding on to an existing cover: $50
Simple Box set + Basic eBook custom cover: $175
Simple Box Set + Advanced eBook custom cover: $250

VERSION TWO: The Complex Boxed Set Display
This boxed set cover individualizes each spine for each title the way a print edition of a boxed set would do if you found it in a store.
STYLES: Spines can face left or right, with the box either straight-edged or notched.
BOOKS: Supports 2-25 titles
Adding on to an existing cover: $65 (note: if you are bringing art from a different artist and do not have PSD files to provide me with, this cost will be $75 for the extra work of matching up fonts) Make sure all stock is licensed to be used on MULTIPLE books before selecting this style if. You may have to purchase additional stock licenses. 
Complex Box set + Basic eBook custom cover: $190
Simple Box Set + Advanced eBook custom cover: $265
